Yelitsa is for those who like quiet small towns, historical vibes, and local life. Not for people chasing big cities or fast transport. Best time to visit is summer, when the weather is nice. Budget around 300-500 RMB per person. City transport is easy, with cross-area travel taking no more than 30 minutes. Must-visit: Yelitsa Museum and old town center. Skip the industrial area nearby, it's not worth it. Avoid peak season, it's crowded and expensive.
